Returns policy
Unused goods
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from golfstuff.co.uk
a full refund will be made within 14 days for goods which are unused (this excludes
delivery charges).
No refunds will be made for golf equipment which has evidently been used.
Refunds for delivery charges will only be made when we have mistakingly sent the
wrong goods to the customer.
Faulty goods
If the goods ordered prove to be faulty please return them to the address printed
below. On receipt of the goods we will return them to the manufacturer for either
replacement or repair and the replaced item will be forwarded to you as soon as
possible.
Returning a product
All returns must be authorised by our returns department. Once your package has
been given authorisation please send your unused or faulty product(s) to the
address below. Please include a covering note with your name, address and order
number. Please explain the action you would like us to take. We recommend that
you use a reputable courier (e.g. Business Post, Parceline) for larger items
and Royal Mail Special Delivery for smaller items. We can accept no responsibility
until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods. In the case
of POWAKADDY electric trolleys please contact us for advice before return.
Warranty
All goods purchased from the Golf Stuff Ltd shop are new as supplied by the manufacturer
and therefore carry the warranty as stated by said manufacturer.
Generally our products are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase against
any manufacturing defects
